Stay ahead of the curve by improving accountability, efficiency and transparency. More critical than ever in this time, the Standards for Excellence program provides resources and a blueprint to address the needs of nonprofit organizations in today�s environment.

This seminar is geared toward Executive Directors, Board Members and Nonprofit Administrators desiring to implement best practices in nonprofit operations. All participants will receive copies of the Standards for Excellence Code and the organizational self-assessment form. Participants will learn about the educational resources and optional certification components of the Standards for Excellence Program.

In this informative Introductory Seminar, participants will:

* Learn the basics of the Standards for Excellence.
Review the self-assessment exercise for the organization you are representing to identify areas of excellence and opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Learn about educational resources available, sample tools and policies and the voluntary certification process of applying for the Standards for Excellence Seal of Approval
