All participants will receive copies of the Standards for Excellence Code and the organizational self-assessment form. Participants will learn about the educational resources and optional certification components of the Standards for Excellence Program.

In this informative Introductory Seminar, participants will:
* Learn the basics of the Standards for Excellence.
Review the self-assessment exercise for the organization you are representing to identify areas of excellence and opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Learn about educational resources available, sample tools and policies and the voluntary certification process of applying for the Standards for Excellence Seal of Approval
