Ephrata Area Rehab Services (EARS), a nonprofit organization providing various programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities, seeks to hire a full-time Executive Director.
The successful candidate will have overall strategy and operational responsibility for EARS staff, programs and expansion. A degree in human services field with a minimum of 10 years exceptional leadership experience are required. The ability to coach staff, develop and manage leadership team, and provide strategic direction are a must. Experience with marketing, PR, fundraising, and a commitment to quality programming including program performance analysis is essential. Also needed are skills to build relationships with Board of Directors and government & corporate sponsors, and, the ability to oversee financial processes. Experience in nonprofit organization a plus.
Must have excellent skills in problem-solving, communication, project management, and change management.
