Self-Care U: An Interactive Learning Experience for Professionals Who Help Others

Have YOU taken time to:

On April 7 and 8th, STOP, LOOK, LISTEN! Focus on caring for YOU--the person who cares for your clients, your staff, your board, your volunteers. You can even get continuing education credit for doing so!

This learning experience applies to social workers, nurses, psychologists, teachers, emergency workers, executive directors, program directors and mid-level managers.

And best of all, this conference is close to you--so travel costs are minimal. The conference will be held at the IU-13 Conference Center, 1020 New Holland Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601. All part of the Nonprofit Resource Network's efforts to provide you with affordable, excellent programming.

Interact with a variety of vendors, such as massage therapists, reiki masters and chiropractors who will let you test their products
